Cliff Fittir

A 36 years old Klausian being a member of the anti-Federation movement Quark, and being revealed latter in the serie to be its founder. Cliff most often work with his partner in crimes, Mirage Koas and is incredibly strong, with stamina that far outpaces that of Earthlings. He seems brash, brawn-oriented man, but is also very clever and possess a strong knowledge of military tactics and politics and is quite amicable. (Taken from Star Ocean wiki)
