Laura Vilhelmina Nissinen

A witch originating from Suomus, an officer of the Suomus Air Force. While a Flying Officer, she was the second-in-command of Suomus' 24th Squadron and served as acting commander while Hanna Wind was injured. She is quiet and reserved, always with the same poker face, and she can be very strict with new recruits.
