Haruta

Haruta is the commander of the 12th division of the Whitebeard Pirates. Her name was revealed in a SBS of Volume 58. Haruta is a masculine-looking woman wearing a 16th century style outfit. Her shirt sleeves are tight on the biceps and billowing on the forearms, giving the impression that she has disproportionately large forearms, similar to Franky. However, the sleeves are seen in several positions indicating that its loose fabric and not 'Popeye arms'. She carries a sabre, whose handguard resembles the shoulder straps of her dress.
