Dousai Itou

Dousai Itou is an artist who specializes in drawings of youkai. The right side of his face is scarred, and his right eye mostly blind, because of an unspecified accident he was in sometime earlier. This accident also caused him to lose his ability to see youkai, as well as his memories of doing so. He consults Kantarou and Haruka because of a recurring nightmare rendering him unable to depict youkai in his drawings. (Source: Tactics, volume 8)
