Ever since he was small, Tokage discovered he had the ability to change the color of his eyes. He practiced using the power to the point that he forgot the original color of his eyes. This ability frightened his parents, who then referred to him as a demon child and asked for assistance from the religious cult they belong to, which caused them to eventually abandoned household matters for. Eventually he figures there must be a "level 2" to his power and enters an abandoned building only to find wounded man. After helping the man, a chain of events occur which leads to him finding his way out of trouble.
