Hiuichi Masaya

Main antagonist of the series. Masaya in his third year of middle school was arrested for killing a series of teenage girls. The trial resulted in him staying in a medical reformatory, where he became a "toy" of a local psychologist. In reward, he could exit a reformatory at any time and continue his murders.
