Naoki Miura

He is introduced into the manga when Taiga comes back for Shimana after leaving her on the swings. In his introduction, it is shown that he is a police officer and is portrayed as somewhat scary. As the manga goes on, it is shown that this is not the case as he is only a bit odd. He seems to like to wear anything on his head sideways and can't remember Shimana's name very well. It is later revealed that Taiga, Miura, Sakamoto, and Ken were all schoolmates in the past.
