Felipe Segundo

He is the chancellor of Tres Espana. Despite being the military leader of Tres Espana, he despises war and dislikes his position, although he can not abandon it. He prefers to live an ordinary live, doing casual duties, like sweeping the floor or buying groceries. Though half-elfs are discriminated in Tres Espana, Felipe views them as equal, saving a lot of them during the Battle of Lepanto (including Juana) and visiting them in the slums to play chess.
