Katsuhisa Kigitsu is a manga artist that is well-known to be the author of the popular Franken Fran that was both written and illustrated by him. Kigitsu also has other works such as Arthur Pyuty wa Yoru no Majo, Helen ESP, Kaida-san no Kaidan, Kyoudai-Shoujo Tantei to Yuurei Keikan no Kaiki Jikenbo, Meitantei Marnie, Odoro, Phase 20, and Survival of the Dead.
