Boichi is a pen-name used by Mujik Park, a top successful South Korean artist in Japan's manga world. He serves a wide range of readers, but his signature work specializes in seinen, sci-fi, action, and mystery. Having intended to be a manga artist from early childhood days, he majored in physics in college as preparation to draw sci-fi work, and to learn the technology of performance and imaging. He later went on to graduate school to major in image technology. This strong education background has proven to be highly integrated to his career.
