Description
Yasaka Hachiki is a painfully average guy that seeks to be a “protagonist”. He’s inspired by manga with underdog protagonists and seeks to not only live such a determined life, but to draw his own manga!
To do this, he and his friend Saru enroll in the hyper-competitive Onigahama Manga Academy (aka “The Tower of Ogres”) for aspiring mangaka. With only the best students able to become pros, his talented classmate Mikeya Touma becomes his rival when the enigmatic Myaako compliments Hachi’s mediocre storyboard! In a battle between geniuses and dreamers, who will reach the top!?
