Summary
- After her mother died in a fire, Eri and her father had to go to her late mother's house
- Through a process named koburiawase, Eri's father will marry Miyako, her mother's younger sister
- Eri has a hard time adapting to Miyako, since she's almost her age and looks like her mom
Description
A girl and her father go to live with her mother's family after WWII, while her much younger aunt is going to marry her father via "koburiawase:" the practice of having a widow or widower marry a younger sibling of their late spouse. Issue being, the aunt is the splitting image of the girl's late mother.
