There is a disturbance in the waters of the East Sea. Seventh Dragon Prince Cang An leaves his perch under the sea to investigate a strange light coming from the land. He finds a glowing stone, warm to the touch, sparking his curiosity. Cang An brings it home, clueless of its use, but lo and behold, a beautiful girl emerges from the peculiar object! Cang An is immediately drawn to the girl's pendant; a glowing red stone surrounded by a glass dragon and phoenix. Could it just be a mere coincidence that him, a dragon prince and this girl with feathers in her hair have crossed each other's paths?
