Summary

Description
Police Sergeant Hisashi Sawamura is good at his job -- too good. Because he was always called away to work, his wife eventually left him and took their young son with her.
Now Sawamura is assigned to a new case: a woman is found dead in a basement, bloody and mangled from the bites of a dog. The only clue is a crumpled note with the words, “Sentenced to dog food.” The case is one of many as a serial murderer in a frog’s mask seems to be carrying out his own sense of justice. What is his aim, and could Sawamura’s family be next?
