Description
The "Emissaries" invite a human rep to an intergalactic Parliament. To prepare the selected, Dr. Richard Wymond invents the ZETTA serum which will give its recipient superhuman abilities. But to save his injured daughter Evie, he gives her the serum. Now the fate of the world rests on her shoulders!
