In the Feline Kingdom, Prince Elliot is forced to go into the human world as part of his coming-of-age ceremony. The prince and his company land in naked human forms on the second-floor apartment above the human girl Noelle -- who, unfortunately, is allergic to cats! Beautiful as he is, the prince still retains his hatred of humans and treats Noelle horribly. On top of that, he has to grow accustomed to clothes, school, cats following him everywhere...and perhaps even some romance?
