When Katsuya Oonishi (better known as “Jimmy”) was little, he was saved from a drowning incident by a tattoo artist with a gorgeous tattoo on his back. Ever since then, Jimmy has considered that man, “The Needle Conqueror,” to be his hero and strives to become his student! Now in high school, Jimmy has a gig of tattooing his classmates for 3000 yen. It seems like he’s on the right track to his dreams, but because of the people he hangs out with and his appearance, he’s considered a delinquent and gets caught up in violent affairs. Clearly, the only thing for this budding tattoo artist to do is to make his own gang! One way or another, Jimmy’s going to make a name for himself...
