Chaco Abeno is a female Japanese illustrator and manga artist. In 2009, Chaco Abeno started the doujinshi circle Hakka Pink to release Hetalia doujinshi. She previously released doujinshi with the circle Kappa Create (カッパくりえいと). She is also involved in the artwork of adult games.

Doujinka she works with include Shuuhei Harumo, Akutsu Kouji and Sugimoto Megumi.
