Youhei Takemura

His short story Meguraiyan no Kimi entered the 74th Tedzuka Award, and consequentially was published in Feb '08 issue of Jump SQ magazine. Prior to that, his work titled Moeyo!BurningX was published in Montly Blood magazine.
