Ryuutarou Wakatsuki

The school's doctor. Wakatsuki-sensei is rather like a student than a doctor. He loves alcohol, cigars and beer. He likes to tease Hitomi and sometimes views her as 'impossible' but he helps her anyway. He is always seen with a sky blue pony tail and head phones.
