Yasuko Aoike

One of the 24-Gumi (Magnificent 49ers), the group of female manga artists that pioneered the shoujo demographic. Most of her works are shōjo manga, predominantly focused on romance, adventure, and light comedy, and many of them contain elements of Boys' Love.

She is best known for From Eroica with Love, which was originally published by Akita Shoten from 1978 and onwards. CMX began translating the stories into English and publishing them for a Western audience in 2004.
