Sengoku Hiroko started first with COMITIA (a doujinshi event). In 2007, she started being published in the josei manga magazine "Manga Home" published by Houbunsha. Since then, she mainly keeps publishing stories in the same magazine.

She regularly uses the 4-koma format not to release gag comic but to write her stories.

She has released stories in many various genres such as: fantasy, yuri, BL, josei, etc.
