Mother Harii

Noriko's mother. In the final chapters of the manga, while the group stumbled upon Noriko's notes on barrier magic, she revealed that she and her daughter are descendants of the Witch Libor, one of the Three Great Wizards who created the Great Barrier. Even though the family's magic was sealed, they still somehow remember it in childhood. It is implied that she was also able to remember magic in her childhood, and initially thought that her daughter was the first one to not fully remember it.
