Uka Shinohara

A Rank-C Angel who feels bad about people's deaths but wants to be promoted. She later becomes Tsumugi's partner thanks to probation after they go on a date when Tsumugi pretends to be a regular human in her school she has to escort to heaven. Uka and Tsumugi start having a relationship by becoming close and kiss more than once out of the blue.
