Tsubame Ogawa is a freshman at Chuoh High School. His athletic ability has always been terrible, and yet he has a passionate dream to join the bicycle club and have a cool commuter bike. While standing indecisively in front of the club’s room, he meets Kotaro Wada, a freshman like him but who is a total rich boy with an expensive Italian bike. More startling is the fact that Kotaro doesn’t even know how to ride a bike! The two decide to join the club despite their shortcomings, only to find that the other outrageous members have their own bike troubles! Thus begins the misadventures of a bicycle club that can’t even go without training wheels...
