Heroes are those who will bring justice against villains. They battle them endlessly until they are able to defeat the bad guy. But an epic fight comes with bloodshed, and it can't be helped if the hero comes out of the battle covered in blood. Whether the blood is his own or of the enemy's, it's only normal with heroes who have seen the gore of battle.
