Kotaro Shindo is a high schooler that belongs to the karate club and is descended from a long line of ninja. Although he’s a fighting expert, he lacks common sense and instead has an affinity for getting into trouble with school officials and the beautiful Mayumi Watase of the school’s morality committee for his long hair and perverted tendencies. But even with crazy clubs and secret syndicates aiming to take him down, Kotaro outwits them every time!
