Tragedy cuts through young Hayate’s life when his father was killed so that his scrolls containing the secret to the Transforming Techniques could be exploited by evil. Now this group, known as the Bloodwheels, are spreading this ability among their ranks and using it to slowly take over the land and slay every innocent along the way.
But Hayate discovers that his father imbued the Transforming Technique into him in secret. Now he can change into the powerful Arashi the Transforming Ninja! With this incredible ability, will Hayate be able to take down Bloodwheels and complete his vengeance -- or will these dark emotions consume him beyond repair?
