Minato Misaki and Kurose Kuroe live a peaceful and domestic life that looks normal from the outside. In reality though, Misaki is a young vampiress and Kuroe was once a vampire hunter who is now a private detective and author. Misaki would do anything to keep Kuroe’s life stress-free and keep him from a vampire’s curse, but his investigative job constantly has him running into various undead creatures. She tries to save him from it, but more often than not, he has to protect her instead. When the threads connecting her to the vampire world and her love for Kuroe converge, Misaki might have to force herself to do the one thing she fears most: turn Kuroe into a vampire.
