Description
The story unfolds on the first year of the Showa era, and follows Urabe Kaoko, a girl that left her village as the people in it were too scared of her ability to decipher if someone is lying. They were so afraid that they ostracized her to the point where she had no choice but to leave, to a place where no one knew about her. She arrived at the town of Tsukumoya and, by an accidental meeting with a detective, they both team up to fight injustice. How will Kanoko's new life turn out to be in this world full of lies? Will her ability act as a a curse, or a gift?
